What happens when I click "Notify me when ready"?
It opens your email client with a pre-filled message to [email protected]. Your email goes onto the early-buyer list. The day each dashboard launches, you get an email with the Stripe checkout link and a 50% discount code valid for the first 30 days post-launch. No spam — we'll only email you when a product actually ships.
What does "50% off the first 30 days" actually mean?
When a dashboard launches (e.g. the $1,000 Design Intelligence Dashboard goes live in late June), early-buyer list subscribers get a code that takes 50% off the list price for the first 30 days post-launch. That $1,000 dashboard becomes $500 if you buy in the launch window. After 30 days, list price applies. The waitlist is the cheapest way in.
What does "pay once" mean, exactly?
Stripe checkout. You pay the dashboard price once ($500, $1,000, or $1,500). You own the dashboard — code, configuration, all of it. We ship it to you in 2–3 weeks. No monthly fee from us for the product itself. The only ongoing cost (if you choose) is $30/mo for managed hosting on our Supabase. Self-host on Streamlit Cloud (free) and you pay zero per month.
Where does my data live? What does hosting cost?
Two options, your call at checkout:

(1) Hosted by Recurlab — $30/mo per workspace. Your data sits in an isolated schema in our Supabase project (US-East default, EU available on request). We handle all infrastructure, backups, security patches, and dashboard uptime. This covers our actual Supabase cost — we don't markup hosting.

(2) Self-hosted — zero monthly cost. We ship the dashboard code to your own GitHub repo. You deploy on Streamlit Cloud (free tier works for most brands), Render, Railway, or your own server. You handle uptime and backups. Code is yours.

Both options are GDPR/CCPA compliant. DPA available on request.
What's the 30-day warranty?
Within 30 days of delivery: if the dashboard doesn't do what we agreed in the Scope (KPIs render correctly on your data, dashboard loads, exports work), we fix it at no charge. If we can't fix it within 14 days of you reporting the issue, you get the second 50% of your payment refunded. We don't guarantee business outcomes (we can't force you to follow the reorder math), but we guarantee the dashboard works as spec'd on your actual data.
What's the optional Care Plan?
$297/mo per dashboard. Includes a 30-min monthly tune-up call, Slack/email support, and adjustments as your business changes (new product lines, lead-time shifts, KPI benchmark updates). Most clients skip it and call us back when something breaks. Some take it for predictability. Either is fine.
How is this different from Cogsy, Inventory Planner, or NetSuite?
Cogsy and Inventory Planner are generic e-commerce subscriptions ($199–$499/mo, forever) that don't understand fashion (size curves, drop windows, seasonality, lifecycle stages). NetSuite-class enterprise platforms cost $50K–$200K/year. Recurlab is a one-time purchase ($500–$1,500) of dashboards battle-tested inside a D2C kids fashion brand selling 400,000+ pieces a year. What if my data is messy?
Expected. We handle data cleanup as part of the build — column renames, type coercion, deduplication, returns/RTO disambiguation. The 2–3 week build timeline includes a week for data conditioning. You don't fix anything before we start.
What about Amazon / Walmart / Faire P&L?
